A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to trip departure. With the exception of day treks, written cancellations received 30 days.prior to trip departure will receive a refund of 50%. Cancellations received less then 30 days are non refundable, however a "rain check" credit may be applied to a future trip. Travellers cheques Visa accepted.
INSURANCE
Travel and Medical Insurance is recommended to recover trip costs,
lost baggage, medical evacuation expenses etc. In addition, each
guest is required to sign a waiver of liability relating to the risk
that is inherent to all guided tours and activities.
CANADIAN CURRENCY
All prices quoted in Canadian Dollars and subject to change without
notice.
For an approximate US Dollar equivalent,
1-US Dollar = $l.30 Canadian.
Current bank exchange rates will apply.
PASSPORT
A valid and current passport is required for entry into Canada.
Visa requirements may apply to some eastern european countries. Contact
the closest Canadian Embassy or Consulate in this regard.
EQUIPMENT
A detailed equipment list will be issued to all confirmed bookings.
WEATHER
Canadian temperatures are noted in Celsius degrees not Fahrenheit.
In the mountains, temperatures vary depending on altitude and location.
They can also change quickly and without warning . An example of average
temperatures and conversion follows:
